“ This was my 2nd time eating from here. I ordered the Egg Chorizo full waffle. My meal was Delicious and very filling. I was very Satisfied. My food was hot and fresh. The price was decent and reasonable. Its a place to come with 1 or 2 other people or get it to go. The restaurant has expanded but it's not a place to have a big party size. Parking is a bit weird being that it's downtown. If you are nearby just walk there. The staff that took my order was friendly and professional. I will come again and recommend for others. ”
“ Go classic, go crazy, you can't go wrong! Bring the family! We went for the first time while visiting Massanutten & had to get back there before we left. Everything was so good, so many options & prices were very fair, no skimping on toppings, expected a tender or 2 for the low price to add, but you got 3 nice size pieces of chicken. I did the VGF the first time, my only complaint for the Mason St was getting full so much faster, both times I was fat & happily fed. Excited for many more trips in the future with no shortage of choices to get something different every time! (Though its hard since every combination tried has been so good) Don't skip the scrambled eggs! They are phenomenal ”

“ Every bite I took, I kept saying, "omg, this is so good." We got a specialty mac n cheese option with queso, bacon, chorizo, fried onions, and doritos (sounds weird, but it was so good) and a mixed berry/egg/bacon waffle with a breakfast taco. The toppings were delicious on their own and chopped up into bite-sized pieces. Both were easy to eat with a fork despite being piled high with all the toppings! Super delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area. We're from FL, so the next time we come up here, we're bringing family!! ”

They were under staffed, but it was also New Year’s Day so it is what it is and the lady making it happen did a phenomenal job! Her attitude was top notch, greeted everyone as they came in and handled it like a pro! Food was worth it and we will definitely be back, service was worth it, and memories will last a lifetime! ”
“ First time trying Capitol Waffle shop. If you like waffles, add this to your list. They have very creative waffles or you can go as simple as you would like. I had my first waffle with Eggs, bacon, and queso sauce on it. I liked it way more than I would have thought. As my grandpa would say “if you like eggs, waffles, bacon, and cheese. What could be bad?” My daughter had bananas, strawberries, fruity pebbles, and whipped cream. I enjoyed eating her leftovers. My son had the special with bananas, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and I believe peanut butter. I enjoyed his also. If you don’t like waffles I would discourage going. I ordered a taco that was great, strop waffle to go and a butter cake that was very good. I’ll be going back soon. Not many healthy options, than again waffles are not healthy. Staff was great, very friendly and cared. Got busier in a short amount of time I sprang there. Great downtown spot ”
